> Project management
Project management is a core competence. Efficient project management leads to a development process in which planning, budget, functionality and quality are controlled. Modesi employs qualified project managers with experience in complex development projects. We can work in accordance with ISO 9001 or QS 9000 standards.
> Product management
Modesi provides strategic consultancy on management level for product development, marketing and branding. In the critical start phase of a development process strategic questions have to be investigated. By using SWOT analysis and placement matrices the target can be defined in a structured way. This will lead to a well considered strategy and the right product requirements and market approach.
> Production management
Modesi can manage the complete production and manufacturing process from partner selection and tool development up to production start-up. We have extensive experience in prototyping, small series production and mass production. We can either cooperate with local co-makers or with production companies in Eastern Europe or Asia for mass production.
